Go to Welcome EmailsFind any past sale or return to reprint or email it. If it is a sale from the last 14 days, you can also return against it.

Each day compares the merchant's settled card batches to the POS's recorded card sales (net of returns) over the selected date range. Click any day to see the sales/credits breakdown and every individual transaction.

Get a text whenever a sale is completed. Sent through your carrier's email-to-text gateway using this company's Gmail connection, so there's nothing to pay for — but delivery is up to the carrier and can be slow or dropped.
AT&T no longer runs one. Both txt.att.net and
mms.att.net have been shut down, so nothing can be delivered to an AT&T
number this way — Sprint, Boost and Cricket are gone too. For those, pick
Email address instead of a text and use the phone's email address: it arrives as a
notification and no carrier sits in the way to drop it.
When payday falls and which period it settles. Changing this re-dates every paycheck in Reports → Payroll.
Connect this company's Payarc account. In the Payarc dashboard go to API, click the eye icon on your token's row, and copy the API Bearer Token from the pop-up — not the ID shown in the table, which won't authenticate. Stored on the server and never shown again.

An open dispute keeps coming off whichever paycheck is next until it is marked as withheld. A lost one does the same and never comes back; a won one is released.
Add a title and a direct number if you want them on the card, then press Save. The store name, address and email come from Settings.
